Confirmation, Payment Options, Sales Tax, and Mailing Your Order:
If you give us your email address, you will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order on our website. Unless you hear from us, your order will be mailed within 2-3 days. We will let you know if a part needed to make your item is out of stock, and the estimated number of days until we mail your order.

Crystal Jewelry Creations accepts three different credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Illinois residents will be charged 7.5% sales tax.

There is no charge for mailing to addresses in the United States and Canada. Your jewelry will be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service, First Class Mail. All orders come in gift boxes, mailed in a padded envelope.

There is an extra charge for shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada. Before sending your order, we will contact you via email regarding your cost for international shipping charges.

Re-Sizing and Returns Policy:
If the sizing of your item is not correct, we will re-size your jewelry and mail back to you if you send the item to us within sixty (60) days of the date we mailed your order. Please send the item and a note indicating the correct size to the address below:

Also, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges. Before mailing items, please contact us by phone or email to let us know the reason for your return.

Please return items via U.S. Mail. We recommend using a padded mailing envelope, which can be purchased from the Post Office for a nominal fee (less than $1.00, including postage).

Warranty Policy:
All merchandise sold by Crystal Jewelry Creations is guaranteed for three years from the date we mail your order. If your jewelry breaks after normal wear, you can return it to us, and we will repair it and mail it back to you free of charge.
